The XA FORCES JUNGLE is a very lightweight tactical boot developed for missions in very tough conditions such as jungle environments. Experience from the previous model based on the XA Forces line has been incorporated to create a modern, fast-drying and athletic tactical boot.
The main role of the upper in these harsh environments is to minimize warmth and dampness. Thin, robust, fast-drying mesh materials and PU-coated leather have been selected for this area of the boot. To accelerate drainage and drying, the design incorporates drainage holes and perforated cushioning. The 8 inch (20.32 cm) high shaft is very flexible and protects the foot from penetrating dirt. The SensiFit system cradles the foot from the midsole to the classic lacing system to provide a secure, precise and almost customized fit. The 3D rubber toe cap protects the foot from shocks and ensures high comfort in pathless terrain. The inside of the boot is reinforced with an additional material to support climbing and fast rappelling.
The performance and stability of the sole construction play a crucial role in the field. In combination, the Contagrip MA outsole, 3D Advanced Chassis and anti-puncture Enigma Zero HT2 insert provide an optimum response to all requirements. An OrthoLite inlay sole ensures a comfortable fit and additional damping in the boot, while perforations in the sole support a pleasant foot climate.
