The TOUNDRA FORCES CSWP is a tactical winter boot that will be greatly appreciated by both military personnel and police forces. It is completely waterproof, insulated for temperatures as low as -40° and its outsole provides ideal grip on snow and ice.

Very precise requirements had to be met to keep feet warm and dry while minimizing the weight of the boot. All materials used in the outer upper layer are waterproof and non-reflective. This material mix consists of polyurethane-coated leather, anti-debris mesh and single-layer mesh. Below the outer layer is a waterproof ClimaSalomon Waterproof Membrane (CSWP), backed by the Aerotherm Aerogel thermal insulating technology. Aerotherm Aerogel is a high-performance insulating technology that resists compression and keeps feet warm at temperatures as low as -40°C. The light weight and high insulation are the result of a nanotechnology that seals 90% air in the construction. Aerotherm Aerogel is lighter, far thinner and more insulating than comparable technologies. The SensiFit system cradles the foot from the midsole to the classic lacing system with closed hooks to create a secure, precise and almost customized fit.

The Contagrip Winter outsole has been developed to provide sure-footed grip in winter conditions. The EnergyCell material ensures damping and performance in the sole construction. The compressed EVA damping material offers improved shock absorption combined with greater rebound. The boot also allows easy attachment of strap-on snowshoes.
